Before Scarlet started with me, she had been told things like bread and pasta were bad! She lost the motivation for the gym because after the amount of time and effort she had put in didn't get her the results she wanted
She was doing lots of cardio, HIIT and circuits. She was anxious and sometimes stressed when it came to what she "could" and "could not" eat when she was with friends.
So what did we do?
We found out what Scarlet liked to eat, what type of exercise does she love and how she wanted to look and feel.

I put together a personalised food plan telling her what to eat and allowing flexibility. When is best to eat and explained exactly why she was doing it so she understood the process.
