The Perfect Diet
As a Personal Trainer in London. I’ve seen the fitness and nutrition industry has exploded over the last few years, meaning a lot more fat loss, muscle building diets and fads have come around.
This isn’t to say these diets don’t work! In fact, I use one of these methods with clients and apply it to their lifestyle. The dieting methods below were the most used diets in 2019. You might have heard of a few (I haven’t heard of some)
1. Intermittent fasting (love it)
2. Dr. Sebi diet
3. Noom diet
4. 1,200 calories diet
5. GOLO diet
6. Keto diet
7. Sirtfood diet
8. No carbs, no sugar diet
9. Endomorph diet
10. JLo diet
At the end of the day, these diets have one thing in common. What is it?
A calorie deficit. (burning more calories than you eat)
I believe if you can’t maintain one of these for a long period of time. I’m talking months! it’s not going to benefit you in the long term. When it comes to achieving your goals, the body and mindset you didn’t think was possible and keeping it for the long term. Not just 3 months or to look good one holiday!
I teach flexibility, the long game, the lifestyle you want to live. Some tips for you to do for the next week.
1. Eat veg/salad with all meals
2. Eat fruit 2-3 times a day (Raspberries, strawberries and blueberries)
3. Protein with eat meal
4. 2-3 litres of water
5. Higher fat and protein meal in the morning (eggs, salmon, avocado, yoghurt, whey protein, fruit, toast for those eggs and avocado)
6. Carbs! Eat them. Good amount pre and post-workout
7. Remove foods that cause you any digestive issues.
8. No foods are bad or good
9. Tracking or writing a food diary is important.
10. Eat some ice cream every now and then. It won't fucking kill you!
