What can you expect with
1-2-1 Personal Training?
Each session will last one hour and will be tailored to meet your individual fitness goals. I will vary the content of our sessions to keep you motivated and avoid boredom. Most importantly, I will teach you how to perform exercises with correct form and technique, so that you can safely follow your training program outside of our sessions.
In addition to training, you’ll receive a personalised diet plan. I’ll work with you to formulate a plan that fits your goals and lifestyle.
Lastly, we will lock down the strategies needed to get you in the best shape of your life, and keep the results without missing out on the fun life has to offer.
