How To Get Your Motivation Back

How To Get Your Motivation Back

  1. What are you doing with all of your non-work time? If you can’t get it down on paper now, then monitor yourself for a week and figure out where those chunks of time are being lost. Are you watching TV during a lot of that time? Are you scrolling through Instagram? If your dream is to be fitter, how much of that time you spend on other things could be converted to working out, meal prepping or other forms of productive self-development?

  2. You may have never done this. Goals and dreams are reached progressively, not overnight. Set deadlines and a timeline for reaching them. If you have to eliminate some other activities to do this, it will be worth it in the long-term. “Laziness” can achieve by simply having a plan.

  3. Surround yourself with driven, passionate and achievers instead of those without much purpose or who put you down.

  4. “My job to full-on, I don’t have time.”
    “I don’t have enough support.”
    “It’s just too hard.”
Remember, we always find the time to do what we want to do. If you aren’t finding the time, then go back and do a “No 1”

  5. What will your life look like? How will you feel? Where will you be? What will you be doing?
