No Equipment No Problem
Happy quarantine,
I hope you are well. I know most of you won't be ill from the virus, but I bet you've felt restlessness and even hopelessness. That's cool, I've felt the same at times! I'm here to help you, remind you to stay positive and focus on those goals. This is only for a short amount of time, compared to the years ahead of us.
This is why I want you to crush these home workouts!
These workouts require no equipment.
Workout 1
- 1 Squat, 1 Squat Jump / 50s
- 2 Push Ups, 8 Mountain Climbers / 50s
- Up-Down Plank / 50s
Rest 20s between exercises and complete 5 rounds.
Workout 2
- Walk Outs & Push Up / 50s
- Alternating Lunges / 50s
- 3 Toe Touches then 3 Full Crunches / 50s
Rest 20s between exercises and complete 4-5 rounds. To take it up a notch, you can link workouts 1 & 2 if you like. Rest for 20-30s between exercises.
Workout 3
- Alternating Lunges / 20 Reps (Each Leg)
- Push-Ups / 10 Reps (Drop to your knees if needed)
- Toe Touches / 10 Reps
This could be done after a run (5k), long walk or you could set it as an AMRAP (as many reps as possible) set a timer for 20mins and see how many rounds you can complete. Then look at beating it next time.
