Coronavirus Health Pack
With a bit more free time on my hands as most of my personal training clients in London are working from home. I can produce more content for you on weight loss, muscle gain, diet plans, you name it! I will do my best to deliver the goods.
Today I want you to stay healthy and fit with everything that’s going on. I have a home plan or both men looking to tone up, lose weight and get stronger! Supplements that will aid in your health and some extra tips.
So, I don't need to go into detail about what's going on in the world (coronavirus) Because we all know and honestly, I'm bored of it now, a little nervous as well not going to lie. It’s just the unknowing which is nerve-racking. But we can’t worry about anything until there’s something to worry about.
ANYWAY! Let’s jump into it.

Home Workout
"short and effective"
AMRAP
(As many rounds as possible)
Set a timer for 20mins
Body Weight Squats x12
Alternating Reverse Lunges x8 / Each Leg
Push-Ups / Knees if needed x10
Burpees x8
Lying Leg Lifts x10
Repeat
Complete as many rounds as you can in 20mins. Then look at bettering that when you next do this workout.
Extra Tips
- Remove processed foods from your diet.
- Increase your water intake by 500-750ml.
- Eat vegetable/salad with two of your main meals per day.
- Take 20-45mins out of your day to do something selfish/for yourself.
- Get to bed at a reasonable time.
All of these health tips and supplements should be implemented into your daily routine with or without this virus going around. Never neglect your health.
