Dealing with cabin fever (Part 1)
Well... isn't this crazy.
I don't want to talk too much about what's going on as we all know its a tough time for us all. But, I do want you to stay positive and I know how you feel! Mental health (cabin fever) and accountability are going to be barriers we face now. If you were struggling with your nutrition before this the perfect time to build stronger habits and become more consistent. This is the time to really develop all other areas of your life, better relationships with family, build better sleeping patterns, get into a home workout plan and become a healthier you.
The Gyms have been closed and this has hit home hard! The Gym is far more to me than training and "looking good" It's been my lifesaver when I felt down, sad, and lonely. You can probably relate to this. It's my work, social life and passion. Clients have asked me in the past "what would you do if couldn't train or be a trainer" Well I'm going to give you that answer now, because before I probably didn't know.
I can still train, I have a body, I can do push-ups and squats. So can you! This isn't the end, this is just a barrier. I will be helping more individuals now because I have the time! That's my answer.
I'm extending my nutrition coaching package.
