3 Day Training Program.

This 3-day training program was designed for all experience levels, from beginners interested in building muscle, getting stronger and losing weight, to experienced gym nuts and bodybuilders. It is unique in that I will be coaching you through the first 2 weeks as your online personal trainer, if you’re facing any issues, are concerned about an old injury, or are struggling to perform a movement, I am available via email support.

Each program also includes an in-depth FAQ (frequently asked questions) sheet that will answer all of the most common questions you might have.
